Avocado & Kale PestoPrint Recipe
- 1 ripe avocado
- 3 tbsp ricotta cheese
- 1 handful of kale or spinach
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 pinch maldon sea salt
- 1 tsp chill flakes (for the top)
- Just blend it all together with 1 tbsp of water to help combine – you can store it for a week in the fridge and use it as you please!
This recipe is great for dips, spaghetti sauces and as a base for the best sandwich you’ll ever have! It takes 2 seconds and you can store it for the week, to use however you so wish! Seriously, make this a staple in your life – it’s just to easy and delicious not too!
