Sweet Potato CrispsPrint Recipe
- 1 large sweet potato - skin on and scrubbed
- 1/2 litre of canola oil
- A pinch of maldon sea salt
- Optional: a pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- Heat the oil on high for 5mins, meanwhile, chop the sweet potato into roughly cut/bite-sized slices. Place half of the slices into the oil and let shallow fry for approx 8mins – remove and drain on paper – lightly salt while still cooling
- Repeat with the second batch of potato!
